We want you to be sure that you are getting the best price so should you find a like-for-like funeral plan cheaper than on our web site we guarantee to match it, by way of a refund of the price difference – even if it is up to 7 days after you have set up your funeral plan through us.

Terms and conditions

• We have the right to withdraw the Funeral Plan Market Price Promise Guarantee at any time without prior notice.
• This offer is only valid when you have set up a funeral plan using our service.
• The price promise guarantee cannot be used if the funeral plan policy has been cancelled.
• We reserve the right to withhold and/or refuse payment where we suspect that any false or fraudulent claim is being made.
• The price promise guarantee can only be used on a like for like product and the funeral plan policy details must be exact and excluding any commission sacrifice.
• The price promise guarantee is only available against products in our portfolio.
• In the case of monthly payment plans the refund payment will be made after the first 3 monthly payments have been made. We may request proof that the first 3 monthly payments have been made.
• We will require proof of the product price in the form of competitor's written quotation or the advertisement by the competitor. We may contact the competitor to verify the lower price.
• All offers by competitors must be available within 7 days of the date of purchase.
• This may not be used in conjunction with any other offer.
• This offer is only applicable to the first year monthly payment amounts, in the case of monthly payment plans.
• This Guarantee is only valid for 30 days following the funeral plan set up date.
• This Guarantee only covers payments made by the funeral plan policy holder.
